My Coordination & On the Day Management service is perfect for you if you're confident planning your wedding celebration and creating your style concept, but want to enjoy the last month free of the stress of bringing all of the final details together. The package starts 8 weeks prior to your wedding date with our first in-depth planning call.
My 20+ years Coordination experience will ensure the seamless execution of your wedding day plans and vision - giving you and your guests the opportunity to relax and celebrate on your wedding day. As well as being the main point of contact for your Vendors during the month before your wedding, I'll be there on the day to make sure that your furniture, decor and flowers are set up the way you envisioned. I will also manage all of the logistics, vendors and special details for your unique wedding experience.

We’ll start with a 2-hour consultation to review all of your wedding planning to date and details including timings and services provided by your other wedding vendors. I’ll create a detailed, custom Wedding Day Timeline for you and introduce myself to each of your Vendors as your point of contact.

Prior to wedding I will confirm all timing with your vendors and the venue/s. I will manage logistics and provide instructions to your vendors to ensure that your day runs smoothly and seamlessly. We will complete a final walkthrough of your venue together so you feel confident that your wedding will be executed as per your vision.

Step 2 - Plan
Next
Executing your wedding day includes attendance at your wedding rehearsal and access to my Wedding Day Emergency Kit. I will welcome vendors on the day, guide set up and complete any finishing touches. I'll be there to provide support to you and your guests and I'll oversee breakdown and distribute final payments/gratuities.
