This service is for busy lifestyle couples who desire a wedding celebration which is stress-free and professionally organised right from the start. In collaboration with you, I will design a bespoke wedding concept infused with your personality, love story and vision. I will find the perfect venue, source the right wedding vendors, oversee the budget and manage all logistics.
This service is perfect for destination couples who desire an Irish elopement or intimate celebration in Ireland.

For the Wildly in Love
During the first phase of planning your wedding I’ll help you with budget development and management, sourcing vendors, managing your RSVP’s and staying on top of all of your wedding planning tasks and payments. You’ll also have access to our online wedding planning platform so we can easily collaborate whilst planning your wedding.
I’ll help you to design the day of your dreams and source your wedding venue. I will curate a Design Board with refined colour scheme and customised vendor recommendations based on your style and budget. I’ll also attend your vendor meetings and manage all communication and logistics .
On your wedding day I will be there to help bring your wedding day vision to life. I’ll welcome your vendors, guide the set up, oversee and assist with the breakdown and cleanup and manage all final payments to your vendors. And you’ll have access to my Wedding Emergency Kit throughout the day.

This is for couples who are confident planning their own wedding celebration & logistics but want to work with a wedding designer to create a cohesive wedding design which is stylish and unique. You value the aesthetics and feel of your wedding. I bring your vision to life.
I will be your personal wedding stylist to assure you have an elevated look for your big day. On top. myself & my team will coordinate your celebration which allow you enjoy the day fully, stress-free and without delegating to your bridal party & family.

I like to get to know you as a couple to create a story around your wedding design which feels authentic to you. I’ll visit your venue for inspiration before creating a bespoke concept for your wedding which includes a refined colour palette and Digital Design Board. I’ll recommend your visual vendors, source all bespoke decor and rentals. I will work with your floral designer and stationery designer to create your unique celebration. This is a collaborative process.
Around 8 weeks before your wedding date we schedule our in-depth planning call. Prior to your wedding I will confirm all timings, logistics and instructions with your wedding professionals. I’ll create a master document which covers all bespoke design elements, draft your timeline, put a vendor summary together and you’ll have access to our online planning platform so we can collaborate throughout the design process.
On your wedding day I'll be there with an assistant to bring your wedding day vision to life. I will welcome all of your visual vendors on the day and guide the set up. You'll have access to my Wedding Emergency Kit on the day.

My Wedding Coordination & On the Day Management service is perfect for you if you're confident planning your own wedding celebration and creating your style concept, but want to enjoy the last month free of the stress of bringing all of the final details together.
The wedding planning package will start 8 weeks prior to your wedding date.

We’ll start with a 1.5-hour consultation to review all of your wedding planning to date and details including timings and services provided by your other wedding vendors. I’ll create a detailed, custom Wedding Day Timeline for you and introduce myself to each of your Vendors as your point of contact.
Prior to wedding I will confirm all timing with your vendors and the venue/s. I will manage logistics and provide instructions to your vendors to ensure that your day runs smoothly and seamlessly. We will complete a final walkthrough of your venue together so you feel confident that your wedding will be executed as per your vision.
Executing your wedding day includes attendance at your wedding rehearsal and access to my Wedding Day Emergency Kit. I will welcome vendors on the day, guide set up and complete any finishing touches. I'll be there to provide support to you and your guests and I'll oversee set-up and distribute final payments/gratuities.

Planning an elopement in Ireland is as unique as you are. During our initial consultation call over Zoom, we will discuss the vision for your wedding and the possibilities that best suit. I will then create a bespoke quote based on your vision, budget and service needs. From traditional Celtic Vibes to modern flair, the variety is endless and we love creating beautiful celebrations for our couples.

Creative styling is one of my passions. Rentals and florals are not included in my fee. So there should be an additional design budget. We have a curated selection of decor which you can hire too. Please note we don't do cookie cutter weddings so we will source all your rentals and bespoke decor .
Are rentals included in your styling services?
Your Venue Coordinator needs to be free to look after anything related to the venue and manage important details such as catering, staff and toilets. As your Coordinator, I will take care of your wedding party and ensure everybody is happy and get my hands dirty as needed. I will also supervise the design and styling of the venue to ensure your vision is executed beautifully.
We especially recommend this when you have multiple locations on the day.
The venue has a coordinator. Do I still need a wedding planner?
Working with couples from abroad is one of my specialties. With the power of zoom and emails we can easily communicate online. I can assist you to explore the area and find you dream wedding professionals and make all arrangements on your behalf.
