This is for couples who are confident planning their own wedding celebration & logistics but want to work with a wedding designer to create a cohesive wedding design which is stylish and unique. You value the aesthetics and feel of your wedding. I bring your vision to life.
I will be your personal wedding stylist to assure you have an elevated look for your big day. On top. myself & my team will coordinate your celebration which allow you enjoy the day fully, stress-free and without delegating to your bridal party & family.

Bespoke Bliss
I take the time to truly get to know you, so your wedding design reflects your story and style. After a venue visit, I’ll create a bespoke concept with a refined colour palette and Digital Design Board. I’ll recommend trusted visual vendors, source custom décor and rentals, and collaborate with your florist and stationery designer to ensure cohesion.
About eight weeks before your day, we’ll have a detailed planning call. I’ll confirm logistics, draft your timeline, and share a master document covering all design and coordination details. You'll also have access to our shared planning platform for easy collaboration and communication.
On the day, I’ll be there with an assistant to oversee setup, guide your vendors, and ensure everything flows seamlessly—with my Wedding Emergency Kit on hand.

This service is for busy lifestyle couples who desire a wedding celebration which is stress-free and professionally organised right from the start. In collaboration with you, I will design a bespoke wedding concept infused with your personality, love story and vision. I will find the perfect venue, source the right wedding vendors, oversee the budget and manage all logistics from start to finish.
Ideal for busy couples or those planning from abroad, our comprehensive planning service covers every aspect of your wedding, ensuring a stress free experience and beautifully orchestrated celebration.
Investment: 12.5% of your wedding budget, minimum fee applies

Make a Statement
During the first phase of planning your wedding I’ll help you with budget development and management, sourcing vendors, managing your RSVP’s and staying on top of all of your wedding planning tasks and payments. You’ll also have access to our online wedding planning platform so we can easily collaborate whilst planning your wedding.
Together, we’ll design a wedding day that feels like you. I’ll help you find the perfect venue, craft a bespoke design board with a refined colour palette, and recommend trusted vendors aligned with your vision and budget. I’ll also attend key meetings and manage all communications on your behalf.
On the day, I’ll be there to ensure everything runs smoothly—from welcoming your vendors and overseeing set-up to handling final payments and clean-up. My Wedding Emergency Kit is always on hand, just in case.

After the consultation I will create a bespoke proposal for you. Included in the proposal is an overview of the service description tailored to your needs, next steps and pricing.

We clicked, I got your vision and you love the proposal. You will pay a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and receive your welcome guide and access to my client portal. The fun begins as we start planning your stylish celebration infused with your personality and love story. I can wait to bring your

Creative styling is one of my passions. Rentals and florals are not included in my fee. So there should be an additional design budget. We have a curated selection of decor which you can hire too. Please note we don't do cookie cutter weddings so we will source all your rentals and bespoke decor .
Are rentals included in your styling services?
Working with couples from abroad is one of my specialties. With the power of zoom and emails we can easily communicate online. I can assist you to explore the area and find you dream wedding professionals and make all arrangements on your behalf.
I don't live in Ireland. Can Infusion help me plan my destination wedding?
Your Venue Coordinator needs to be free to look after anything related to the venue and manage important details such as catering, staff and toilets. As your Coordinator, I will take care of your wedding party and ensure everybody is happy and get my hands dirty as needed. I will also supervise the design and styling of the venue to ensure your vision is executed beautifully. We especially recommend this when you have multiple locations on the day.

I'm American and my husband is Irish - but we live in Amsterdam. We wanted our wedding to be in Ireland, but I was nervous about planning logistics from abroad. We found Sandra and felt so comfortable with her from day 1. We hired her to be our FULL on planner.
She not only managed our budget, she found the BEST vendors imaginable: from makeup, hair, photographer, videographers to decor! She presented us with multiple options for each vendor within our budget, she put together a proposal for each vendor that included style, price, ambiance, example photos and let us choose from there. She also acted as the point of contact for all of these vendors.
The two weeks leading up to the wedding we heard is suppose to be the most stressful - we could not have been more relaxed. We didn't worry about a thing! No vendors ever contacted us asking time, place etc. It truly was the best day of our lives, and it would never have been so seamless and easy without Sandra and her team. Honestly, my biggest piece of advice - utilize Sandra as your planner! You will not regret it!
